WELCOME

Embarking on a journey of healing

Something or someone put you on your path toward healing and I'm so happy that you made it this far. Recognizing that you don't have to navigate this phase in your life alone is the first step in resolving the issues that have caused you pain.

Here, I will support you in reclaiming your sense of safety, inner strength, identity, and overall well being so that you can live a life that is empowered and at peace. You deserve to feel like the best version of yourself again, and I would be honored to walk with you on your journey of rediscovery.

PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THERAPISTS

For mental health providers & practices seeking to serve their clients from a cultural lens

Our cultural experiences shape our thoughts, behaviors and belief systems. Too often, the experiences of black & brown people are invalidated, over looked, or suppressed. It's important to create a space where members of the BIPOC community feel safe enough to be vulnerable; safe enough to explore the root cause of their pain. Not only should we as practitioners create that safe space, we need to understand their plight, affirm their experience and offer a path to healing that centers their identity.
